The items must be returned in an unused condition in their original packaging and accompanied by a delivery form with below details completed. For perfumes, if the pump of the bottle of the perfume has been initiated, the item will not be accepted for return or exchange.
To request a return:
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to notify us or your decision to return products and to request a return shipping label.
2. List the products you wish to return on the delivery note, and complete the details in the table.
3. Package the products you wish to return and include the delivery notice before sealing it carefully.
4. Affix the shipping label to your parcel and drop it at your local postage office or courier listed on the packing label we provide.

You must send back the product to our Returns Department no later than fifteen (15) days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
Products that have been purchased through fredericmalle.eu cannot be returned to an EDITIONS DE PARFUMS FRÉDÉRIC MALLE boutique or an authorized third party retail partner.
In no event will a gift recipient be entitled to receive a refund but they may request an exchange Customers do not have a right to withdraw or exchange any products that have been personalized for reasons other than defects in the products, or incomplete or incorrect delivery.
