An eternal gesture of seduction, that intimate moment when a star, in the quiet comfort of her dressing room, looks in the mirror and glides her lipstick over her lips. The powdery fragrances produced by the violet and the iris, two flowers associated with eye shadow and other make-up products, whose scents conjure up the magnetic appeal of the eternal feminine. To elicit a smile, a playful, juicy note of raspberry counters the effervescence of the grapefruit. And for sweetness, there are velvet threads of vanilla and white musk. It's all there. Showtime.

Ralf Schwieger a participé à un concours de jeunes parfumeurs que Frédéric Malle organisait avant l’ouverture de sa maison, parce qu’il voulait offrir une place au jeune le plus prometteur parmi les « grands » du métier. Après avoir évalué chaque proposition à l’aveugle, Frédéric Malle repère ce qui allait devenir Lipstick Rose. C’est ainsi que Ralf a rejoint les Editions de Parfums dès leur fondation.
